Faq

·  Please read our Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Submitting an order signifies that you have understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

·  After creating your order, please complete the bank transfer within 2 days and upload the payment receipt. Unpaid orders may be automatically cancelled after the deadline without further notice.

·  Upon receiving your payment receipt, we will verify the payment within approximately 1–3 working days. Once verified successfully, your order status will change from Awaiting Payment to Processing, and you will receive a confirmation email from us. You may also check the latest order status via My Order History in your account.

·  We will arrange shipment as soon as possible in accordance with the delivery method you selected. For any inquiries, please contact our customer service, leave a message on your order page or send us an email.

·  After shipment, we will send you a shipping confirmation email for you to track the delivery status of your order. You will also receive a collection notification from the logistics provider.
